Customer Management

Add all your customer data to the software. We support UNLIMITED customers. Simply add the customers as they book your hotel, and keep notes against each customer ( useful for greeting the customer in a personal manner ). When someone makes a booking via your website, their customer information is automatically added to imReserve!

Room Management

featuring UNLIMITED room types, and UNLIMITED rooms - simply setup your hotel after installing the software and your ready to go. The rooms can be booked, closed of and set to be unbookable via your website. ( this is useful if you have an event coming up and want to keep a minimum number of rooms available ). When a customer makes a booking via your website, you will notice that the room wil be greyed out and ready for confirmation - just one click of your button will email the customer and confirm the booking in your imReserve!

Billing

Add various items along with their cost to the software. So while your customer is staying with you, simply add items to their bill ( wine, breakfast, pay per view tv etc. ) - very simple and very powerful, with their bill being printable on their departure. Billing takes VAT into account for each item that you add.

Technical bit

The software is fully networkable - so simply install the software on as many customers as you like, and they will all use the same database - at NO extra cost. This means you can place the software on a computer in your restaurant and can add meals to the customers account - using the SAME software..

If your using imReserve, and have a website with the bookings being taken online - this is all taken care of in the background - you dont even press a button! as you use the software, the software is keeping up ALL the various websites your hotel is on with your availability. When someone makes a booking, the booking automatically appears on your screen.
