click on the Billable Items tab > add item , or press Ctrl+I to bring up the Add Item window.
Give the items a meaningful name and description ( the name of the item will show up on the customer bill ). If the item is taxable, make sure the "item is taxable" box is ticked and enter the tax rate. ( e.g. 17.5 ) Enter the price of the item before tax in the price before tax box. imReserve will automatically calculate the proper item price including tax.
