click on the Online Bookings tab.



When bookings are downloaded, they will automatically be reserved in your reservations grid. However, an easier way to see these is via the Online Bookings tab.

The customers who have booked online have automatically been added to your customer list.

If a customer in the list has "COST REQUIRED" - this means its a new internet booking and you have to double click on the customer and enter the room cost. You should then send a confirmation to the customer and follow this up with a phonecall if required.

If a customer in the list has "OK" then this means everything is setup and ok for this customer.

In the event of a customer having "FAILED" beside their name, you will have to contact the customer and try to make alternative arrangements with them. A Fail could mean you only had one room left - someone walked in and booked at the same time as someone booked online - and by the booking is downloaded and the room is already booked to the customer who walked in.
