click on the Find Room , or press Ctrl+B to bring up the Add Booking window.



Select the customers checkin and checkout date by clicking on each date ( a date selector will appear ). As you do this, the Rooms Found area at the right will list the available rooms based on the customer check and out date, and amountof adults,children etc. If the room appears on the right - its available! Double click on the room to select it. This will automatically move you to the customer details tab.


If the customer has stayed with you before, type in part of their surname in the search box and the list of customers will show anyone with a matching surname. When you find the customer, double click on them to move to the next tab.

If the customer has never stayed with you, just click Add New Customer and this will open the new customer window to add them.

You will see a button called No Customer - Just close room for this period. If you click this instead of selecting a customer name, this will mark the room you selected in the previous screen as closed ( for the dates you selected previously ).


This shows you the details of the booking. If you arent happy with any part of the booking, click on the tabs at the top to go back and change details. When your happy with this, type in the Total Booking Cost ( before tax ) The booking source is a way to track where your customers are coming from. If you have resellers, then type their name in here. ( the drop down box remembers previous booking sources - so select from this list if you have already typed it before. )

The booking source allows you to report of how many bookings came from each source.

Click Confirm Booking to save the booking. You should see the booking marked of on the main screen ( if you are viewing the correct month/year )
